Dúvida cruel

Bom pessoal,estou a tempos com um ferrero tentando faze com que meu bot use as skills dele,mas nao consigu,se alguem por favor puder verificar meu bot e dizer o que está errado,estou desesperado,e nao adianta dizer...pq nao eh svn,eu acho...botei o config do meu amigo que funfava tdas as skills e o bot era igual ao meo...mas nao adianto nada, taí as skills

Acrescente o simbolo ( % ) quando usar hp ou sp.

Exemplo:

PS: Certifique-se também se o nome correto da skills e essa.Como fazer isso?
